Knot Becoming - Soft Sculpture, wall hanging

This hanging soft sculpture was "born" as a large sheet of padded white material, which was cut in various curves (experiences ), slowly forming a personality that can be manipulated according to the desires. Nothing is permanent. The cords help to sustain the form desired, but can also be untied and retied in another fashion. Is this what we do with ourselves? Is this what others have done to us. Were we programmed? Did we program outselves? Or did we get ourselves into this situation? If we untie all of these knots we are that clear white sheet again, like we were at birth.
